We are still open!

Things have changed, but we are still receiving and shipping your online orders.

We are processing your orders as quickly as possible, but shipment and delivery can be a little slower than usual.

What has changed?

• Our superstar director, Vicky, moved the warehouse operation home to pack your orders. Yes, she is packing everything at home and on her own! Isn’t she amazing?!
• Everyone in the Ottoman Hands team is now working from home, so everyone is isolating and keeping safe.

What remains the same?

• We are still here to answer any of your questions, but since our office is closed, we can’t take phone calls so please contact us via support@ottomanhands.com or via Instagram DMs or Facebook messages.
• We still look to inspire you and share our stories with you, even more so in those uncertain times.
