Frey de Fleur - Fashion Conscious Blogging Scheme Launch

freyblogbanner On Wednesday the 17th of September we attended Frey de Fleur's launch event for Fashion conscious blogging. The event saw 80 guests attending The Charity Blogger Evening which included, brands, press and even Billie JD Porter and Made in Chelsea's Caggie Dunlop. From the auction to which we donated our stunning Pastel Statement necklace, wine and Jewellery sale the event raised £600 pounds for Rainbow Trust Children's Charity while also helping bloggers realise the influence they can have on society. fdf1 Freya Bromley, the Editor-in-Chief of Frey de Fleur who founded Fashion conscious blogging pledged that she will "host two events each year with Fashion Conscious Blogging where a select group of online influencers will get together to discuss how we can use our blogs to raise awareness for important causes". This event was hosted in aid of Rainbow Trust Children's Charity who provides support to families with terminally ill children right across the country. Rainbow Trust is a charity which is very close to Freya's heart as they provided her family with support when her younger brother Tom was diagnosed with Ewing's Sarcoma, a rare bone cancer. The support which Rainbow Trust provides varies from taking siblings to school or just being there for a chat. If you would like to learn more about the Charity you can visit their website - www.rainbowtrust.org.uk photo fdf3 We are a sponsor of the Frey de Fleur blog and work closely with them on many projects - including helping with organisation of the event! On the night we set up a stall where we showcased our AW14 collection, it was exciting for us to showcase and talk through the collection with so many influential bloggers and people in the media. We also sold a few pieces too of which we gave the profits to Rainbow Trust! We had a great night and would like to say a big thank you to Freya for organising such a wonderful event and letting us be a part of it!
