Nestled on East London’s vibrant Whitechapel Road, our small team designs small batches of unique jewellery, meticulously crafted by hand in our Istanbul workshop.

We’re a small, passionate team based in East London, creating unique, small-batch jewellery in close partnership with the artisan workshops we work with.
What You’ll Be Doing
As an Account Executive, you’ll work closely with and provide day-to-day support to our Head of Wholesale, helping to manage existing wholesale accounts while identifying new opportunities for growth. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring a smooth sales process from initial outreach to post-delivery care, while contributing to the brand’s ongoing success.
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Supporting the Head of Wholesale in managing UK and international accounts
• Assisting in the preparation of seasonal line sheets, pricing, and sales materials
• Coordinating order entry, client communications, and timely post-sales follow-up
• Maintaining accurate data in our stock management systems and shared sales trackers
• Liaising with suppliers to monitor stock levels, delivery timelines, and product updates
• Assisting with reporting, seasonal recaps, and sales analysis
• Ensuring all wholesale processes run smoothly and in line with brand standards
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a proactive, detail-oriented individual with experience in wholesale or sales support within fashion, accessories, or jewellery. You’ll enjoy working as part of a small, collaborative team.
The ideal candidate will have:
• 2–3 years' experience in a wholesale, sales support, or account executive role within fashion
• Excellent communication, organisation, and prioritisation skills
• A customer-first mindset and a proactive approach to problem solving
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Experience with stock management and CRM platforms is a plus
• Familiarity with Slack and Asana is a plus
• A keen interest in sustainable fashion and independent brands
