We are happy to offer FREE UK Returns through our returns portal. Unfortunately, we aren’t currently able to offer free returns for international customers.
To make gift giving easy, all orders placed between 10th November and 24th December 2025 can be returned until 10th January 2026 if you change your mind, as part of our extended festive returns period. This excludes non-returnable items such as earrings, gift cards and gift packaging. For any orders placed outside the above period our standard policy applies.

Sustainability
Our materials
We have been using recycled metals since the very beginning of our brand, always producing small batches of jewellery to avoid over-production.
We use either 21ct gold-plated recycled brass or 18ct gold-plated recycled sterling silver, without compromising on the beauty and quality of our pieces.
Our hands
Our name, Ottoman Hands, was inspired by the artisans that create our unique jewellery.
To this day, we are working with the same workshop in the heart of Istanbul, that produces the majority of our hand-crafted jewellery. We will only ever work with manufacturers who share our values and treat their workers fairly.
Our packaging
Our mailing boxes and our jewellery boxes are created with FSC-certified paper from 70% recycled sources and our pouches are made from recycled fibers.
