About the Programme

By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated promotional and marketing text messages (e.g. cart reminders, order and shipping updates) and/or WhatsApp messages from Ottoman Hands ("we," "us," "our"), including exclusive offers, early access to product drops and sales, and other updates. Message frequency varies, and may include recurring messages sent by automated technology.

Consent to receive marketing text messages or WhatsApp messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Standard message and data rates may apply.

How to Join

You may opt in to this programme by:

• Submitting your mobile number through our website sign-up forms (including our VIP sign-up form);

• Checking the SMS/WhatsApp marketing consent box at checkout;

• Texting a keyword to our shortcode, where applicable; or

• Other lawful means where you provide express written consent.

By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder or authorised user of the mobile number provided, and that you are 18 years of age or older.

Where required, we will send a confirmation message asking you to reply YES (or similar) to confirm your subscription (double opt-in).

How to Opt Out

You can cancel this service at any time. For SMS, reply STOP to any text message we send. For WhatsApp, reply STOP within the WhatsApp conversation, or block/report the contact through WhatsApp. After you send STOP, we will send you a one-time confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive messages from this programme unless you opt in again. If you experience issues with the opt-out process, you can also unsubscribe by emailing us at support@ottomanhands.com or using the unsubscribe link in our marketing emails.

If you opt out of SMS or WhatsApp marketing, this does not opt you out of email marketing, and does not affect any transactional messages (such as order or delivery confirmations) that relate to a purchase you have made.

This programme is available on participating mobile networks. Not all networks are supported, and message delivery is not guaranteed. Your mobile network operator is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. If you have questions about text or data charges, contact your network provider.

Message and data rates may apply to each text message and WhatsApp message sent or received in connection with this programme, as provided by your mobile carrier or data plan. Contact your carrier for details about your specific wireless plan and any applicable charges.

Privacy

We respect your privacy. Information collected as part of this SMS/WhatsApp marketing programme, including your mobile phone number, carrier information, and message engagement data, will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your mobile number will not be shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We use Klaviyo, Inc. as our SMS and WhatsApp messaging platform to send and manage these communications. WhatsApp messages are delivered via Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform, and are also subject to WhatsApp's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

We also reserve the right to change these Mobile Terms of Service at any time. Any such changes will take effect when we post the revised terms on this page. Your continued participation in the programme after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
