Duties & Taxes
Are duties, customs charges and tariffs included?
Yes, for the USA and European Union (EU), the price payable at the checkout is inclusive of import charges, duties and tariffs. All orders are delivered duty paid (DDP), and you will not have to pay any additional costs to receive your order.

Australia and New Zealand
For goods with a value of $1000 or less, no duties, taxes or charges apply.
For goods with a value over $1000, you will need to fill out an Import Declaration, and pay any duties, taxes and charges at delivery.
Other International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, additional tariffs and charges. These charges are usually automatically payable by the customer upon delivery.

How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from us which will contain your tracking details.
You may also receive tracking information via our carriers.

Address Change
Can I change my shipping address after placing my order?
For security reasons we may not be able to change a shipping address after the order has been placed. If you notice your address being incorrect after the order is placed, please contact us at support@ottomanhands.com immediately.
